Here rest the numerous tents given to the royalty attending the celebration. Sprawling pavilions are marked by sigil and color of the city or nation they are representing.

In the center of the festival area rests the Green, an area that houses several booths, smaller merchant and food tents, as well as numerous tables for dining. Dancing, games, and all manner of activities take place here!

Essentially the common area, there is also a wide dais settled at the head of the Green, where announcements for the celebration are made.

Here you will find grounds for the tournament aspect of the festivities. Sword fights, jousting and racing are just a few of the competitions hosted in this area.

Saldaea is the westernmost of the four Borderlands. It lies in between Arad Doman and Kandor. Maradon is the capital of Saldaea.

The nation of Kandor is one of the four nations of the Borderlands, lying between Saldaea and Arafel. The capital Chachin lies near the northern border, just south of the Plain of Lances.

One of the Borderland nations, Arafel is located between Kandor on the west and Shienar on the east. The capital of Arafel is the city of Shol Arbela.

Shienar is the easternmost of the Borderlands; the capital of Shienar is the city of Fal Moran. It is located to the east of Arafel, and to the north of the Tar Valon province. It is also bordered by the Blight, and the Aiel Waste.

This is the threefold land, the home of the Aiel and one of the harshest places to live on earth. No one but Tinkers and select merchants dare travel through this hard land.

The Blight is the area in the northern reaches of the eastern continent and the northern reaches of Seanchan. It is a nightmarish land as all life there is corrupted by the influence of the Dark One.

Amadicia is a landlocked nation in the southwest of the main continent, stretching from the southern end of the Mountains of Mist to the northern edge of the Shadow Coast.

Andor is strongest single nation ins the Westlands, the capital of Andor is the city of Caemlyn. It is landlocked, being bordered by a number of nations including Cairhien, Far Madding, Tar Valon, Murandy, ect.

Cairhien is located in the east central part of the The Westlands, on the east it borders with the Spine of the World. The capital of Cairhien is the city of Cairhien. Cairhien is bordered by Andor, Tar Valon, and Far Madding.

Ghealdan is a relatively minor country, known for its production of alum. The capital is the city of Jehannah.
Ghealdan is landlocked, surrounded by Andor, Altara, Amadicia, Murandy, and Tarabon.

Murandy is a landlocked nation in the south of the main continent, bordered on the north by Andor, the north-west by Ghealdan, the south-west by Altara, and the south by Illian. The capital city is Lugard.

Altara; the nation's often not united, with several nobles that at times have more power than the King or Queen. Altara is a country located between Illian and Amadicia. Its capital, a port, is Ebou Dar, located in the south.

Arad Doman is a coastal nation in the north-west of the main continent, lying between the Aryth Ocean on the west and the Mountains of Mist in the east. The capital of Arad Doman is the city of Bandar Eban.

Illian is a powerful merchant nation north of the Sea of Storms, with a capital city of the same name. Illian is bordered by Murandy, Altara, and Far Madding.

Mayene is a small but wealthy city-state, historically dominated by its powerful neighbor Tear. Mayene is bordered by Tear and Far Madding.

The nation of Tarabon was formed after the demise of Artur Hawkwing's empire. The capital of Tarabon is the city of Tanchico and is ruled by a male king and female Panarch. Tarabon is bordered by Ghealdan, Amadicia, Andor, and the shadow coast.

Tear is one of the richest nations in the land. With a capital of the same name, Tear is completely surrounded by Far Madding, only one side is touching the Sea of Storms to the south.

Intriguingly, the nation of Andor does not include much land on the west bank of River Erinin. Here is located the large city Aringill on the west bank, the small and unwalled town of Maerone on the east bank, and several villages nearby.

Falme is a small city state, once controlling much of Almoth Plain it has now faded into Flame. It is bordered by Andor to the east and the Aryth Ocean to the west.

A city-state in the east central part of the Westlands. It lies at the north end of the Plains of Maredo near the borders of Andor, Illian, and Tear. Far Madding lies on an island in the center of a lake.

Tar Valon is an island city amidst the River Erinin, within sight of Dragonmount, and the center of Aes Sedai power.The population is roughly 500,000 today, and was built shortly after the Breaking of the World, on the order of the first Amyrlin Seat. It has remained independent ever since.

Though normally accessible only through dreams, Tel'aran'rhiod is in fact a real place. Its geographical reality is dependent on the waking world, but its contents can be and are altered by the works of non-sleeping people.
